Delete your account

Raxna Chat

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Raxna Chat account".
2. Include your Raxna Chat username, for example @name:raxna.com.
3. We'll send one message to that account inside Raxna Chat to confirm it's yours. Reply to it, and we delete the account the same day.

What happens

• Your account is deactivated and can't sign in again.
• You're signed out on every device and removed from every chat.

This can't be undone. Messages you already sent stay readable to the people who received them, as they would in any messaging app.
